Appointment Setting
Our Business Development Associates work in a closed-loop effort with our clients to coordinate and set qualified appointments for their sales staff. Once a prospect has been determined to meet the criteria pre-established by our client, our Business Development Associates will schedule an appointment for our client to move the prospect to the next step of the sales cycle. The appointments may be telephone, on-site, or a combination of both.

Confirmation
At MLG, we understand your time is valuable. Therefore, we have implemented strategies that help to ensure every appointment is kept. Once an appointment has been scheduled, our Business Development Associates will send invitations to both our clients and the prospects. Then, between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, our Business Development Associates will confirm that the contact is still available for the appointment.

Pipeline Management
Because your sales team is most valuable when they are closing deals, MLG will maximize your company's sales resources by assisting in managing their pipeline. Our Business Development Associates help ensure that no opportunity falls through the cracks because of an inability to reach the appropriate contact.
